Scheduling Through Google Calendar

*This requires the Zoom for Google Workspace integration, to enable the integration, see calendar integration here*

  1. Sign in to your Google Calendar.
  2. Create an event at the desired time.
  3. Under the video conferencing option, select Zoom Meeting zoom_google_calendar.png
  4. A meeting ID/Link will automatically be generated and included in the meeting details.  Scheduling a meeting this way creates a meeting utilizing your default meeting settings.

Note

Non-recurring meeting ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is started. You can re-start the same meeting ID as many times as you would like, within the 30-days.

Recurring meeting ID will expire 365 days after the meeting is started on the last occurrence. You can re-use the meeting ID for future occurrences.
